2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using the Locible platform ("Service"), you signify your complete understanding of and agreement to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
3. Description of Service
Locible provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for business visibility. Our core tools include:
Directory Listings
You enter your business details once in Locible. Our team then places or updates those details on third-party directories by hand. This work is manual, so it takes time and it is not instant.
Reputation Management
Collecting the reviews left for your business on connected platforms such as Google, and drafting replies you can edit, approve or discard.
Dashboard Reporting
A view of your profile completeness, the state of each directory listing, and the reviews we have collected for you.
Token System
AI actions, such as drafting a review reply, spend tokens from your account balance. Your plan determines the tokens included.
4. Account Registration & Security
To use Locible, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete business information during registration. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Subscription Fees and Billing
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription (Starter, Pro, or Elite). Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis, monthly or annually, and are shown to you before you pay. Fees are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Billing authorisation: payments are taken by Stripe, our payment processor. By providing a payment method you authorise Locible, acting through Stripe, to charge your plan fees at the interval you selected until you cancel. Locible never sees or stores your full card details. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
6. Your Content and Third-Party Directories
You keep ownership of everything you put into Locible. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce and publish the business details and images you provide, for the sole purpose of running the Service for you and submitting your listing to directories on your instruction.
Listing placement is carried out manually by our team. We submit your details to each directory in the same way you would yourself, and each directory then applies its own rules, its own review process and its own timescales. We cannot guarantee that a directory will accept a submission, publish it unchanged, or keep it published.
You confirm that you are entitled to publish the details you give us, and that they are accurate. You are responsible for keeping them up to date in Locible.
7. AI Generated Replies and Tokens
Locible can draft replies to your customer reviews using Google's Vertex AI Gemini models. A draft is only ever a suggestion. Nothing is published until you have read it and approved it, and you can edit or discard any draft.
AI text can be wrong, off tone, or unsuitable for the situation, so we do not warrant its accuracy or appropriateness. Once you approve a reply, you are responsible for it. AI actions spend tokens from your account balance, and tokens have no cash value and are not exchangeable for money.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Locible shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your access to or use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
9. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your payments fail, or if we are required to do so by law. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put things right.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
You and Locible Ltd agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
